After more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry helping Dutch, US, French and UK companies to achieve their goals, time had come to start working on my own goals - in my own company this time. This was back in 2011. Today we have delivery hub in Serbia, together with our partner Ates Soft, where we facilitate development of talent, customer teams, technology and innovation.

OUR WORK
Getting started
The cooperation with each new client starts with an on-boarding period on the client’s location. The on-boarding typically takes between 1-3 weeks during which ApisTech’s team works closely together with various client representatives in order to understand both the business and IT aspects of future cooperation. Thereby special attention is paid to laying down working agreements such as an agreed sprint duration, Scrum meetings, expected level of specification and the Definition of Done.
