After more than 25 years in the IT industry helping companies in the Netherlands, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom achieve their goals, the time came to start working on my own - to build a company shaped by the same values I had always believed in. That was in 2011, when ApisTech was founded.
Today, together with our partner Ates Soft, we operate a delivery hub in Serbia where we develop talent, strengthen customer teams, and drive technology and innovation.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
If you have an idea, product or just need extra development capacity, we can help in multiple ways. Besides significant cost reduction comparing to application development in Western Europe, our software engineers speak good English, have graduated from top Technical universities. Our communication culture reflects the Western European way of working by working proactively, forward thinking together with the client and putting ourselves in your position: we do not blindly execute what is asked but challenge you when applicable.
At ApisTech we strongly believe in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. These methods promote frequent feedback and overall open communication preventing misunderstandings and subsequent mistakes. To enable transparency and agility of communication, we use web-based collaboration tools for daily development activities. JIRA Atlassian is our preferred platform, seeing as it offers an Agile board and other Scrum and Kanban related functionalities such as burn-down charts.
Our preferred delivery model is what we call Own Team. This means that we not only provide well balanced cross-functional teams that are the best fit for the assignment, but also take responsibility for quality and timeliness of delivery of software. While we are using an agile setup to deliver the software, we also take responsibility to achieve milestones and reach deadlines together with your Product Owners and other stakeholders.
